Improving our workplace experience was a key strategy for maintaining our staff satisfaction and retention. While planning our recent renovation, we looked at office setups that encouraged face-to-face communication for the purposes of collaboration and creative thinking across departments. In these spaces, we required furnishings that were versatile, economical and environmentally friendly. We checked all these boxes working with Laurie Smith, Laureen Johnson and the team at Officeworks. They worked hard to give us the best options for our budget, and we are enormously pleased with the results.
